unless and until I GET 100% , I never leave, reason behind is in civil engineer last 5%is very important, bituminous work in roads, painting & polishing in buildings, and railings etc in bridges,if we don't complete these works then work done is almost zero, can't

Much of the jobs are not coming by selection, they are normally assigned. I normally subdeligate it, focus on them on priority and review, finish and submit as and when they get completed before target time.

About personal jobs, I cant focus on one job at a time. So I take exactly the same method which Mr. Saboo has revealed - complete 90-95% job, do the II, II and IV, come back, finish one by one and return.

one task at a time is really required for manual / skilled/technical jobs.

multitasking okay for managers/ceos  and super computers

i will first complete the job at hand 100% and then think of something else  or else its difficult to cater your thought process on many things at a single go...so i would complete the job 100% and then go for something else.
