learning through working or only by achieving degrees

 y dont v belive  excellence  comes over a time and to achieve the excellence one can get by these degrees. if u wont to follow process then also u shud know the basic and for basic u shud know the evolution. While achieving degrees you find out about ur thinking and ur liking toward subject and then only you can be sure which way you could be successful. While working you get confidence to build your career in that direction.

we need both for that matter as theoretical knowledge is also important, one cant just go and start working with out prior knowledge about it, so theory makes all the life more easy of a person with prior knowledge through which one can co-relate both theory and practical work.
