People from metros would have seen it all and the coaching and traineeshep that one gets here is more good, and the awareness will be more like what is currently happening as they will be in the thick of things most of the time and hence candidates from here are preffered more and has lot to do with communication...

Looking at the educations levels, qualifications, education support and most important of all awareness which students or people get in metros, for that matter even in tows and small cities.....I think its better to have candidate from metros
