  1. There is an ongoing debate of legal firms and legal outsourcing, regarding the career prospects for legal literates. In recent past a writ too has been filed   in Madras High court against the entry of legal outsourcing into the Indian scenario. The Petition is looked by many legal professionals with anxiety as the Judgment may influence  many decisions in the legal market. Many oppose Legal outsourcing as they feel that the foreign firms are making back side entry in to the Indian market in the guise of LPO’s.

Although i am in LPO field but i strongly support Legal firms because LPO is limited field where as Legal firms have got wide range of exposure. I also feel that by going in to LPO field we deal with only US legal system or UK legal system but we almost forget Indian LAW this is a draw back. And also there will be so many legal firms to get job but LPO is only limited only by few companies are in to LPO business. Please give me your valuable views on this.
