What Obama fears, I suppose, is the increased focus on Indian companies where we are beginning to excel and make our mark in the Fortune list - Therefore, with the rise in Indian economy, though in patches, it surely will have increased spending on R&D which has begun to take shape in many institutions and corporates alike. We have progressed quite a lot and have lots to cover to be at par with other developed nations. Yes, we are facing hurdles, but thats what makes success sweeter.

We all - each one of us - has to contribute in our own (and if possible, unique) ways to the development of the country. It's quite simple really. Each one of us should do our jobs to the best of our ability. All the major religious books, that I have read, say precisely this. If, during the course of your work, you think of a creative solution that helps to eliminate many problems at one time, you should do your best to prove to the management that your idea will help improve things. Go all out. Hit out or get out. Is that not what we say to our cricketers? Be prepared to share with the management, the details of your idea, in a formal manner - say, using an MS PowerPoint presentation. Offer to do a test run if possible - if not possible, do your best to make possible. :D This is what I try to remind myself of - as often as I can.

Difficult to put decision , what is real strategy /incidences ,at global level difficult to say . One thing is sure U can make India developed ,only approach is that dedication for ur nation growth and strength . People will have to play tactics That Politicians who are ruling india should obey /follow citizens . just after vote and power ,to take decisions as per own policies will never support Nation to grow and develop.Look at govt officers and institutions how efficient they work what they do for people of india through services( almost 60%). Brain drain in india will reduce ,almost 50% of Green card holders are returning t India and This situation will increase in nest few years .Its a indication . India has to make Lot chage s in System , to come out as power ful nation . US is big nation, technically advance ,they should not have comparison with India a very honest nation .

Thanks Ruchi 4 invite You are absolutely correct. We have plenty of brilliance wasted just because of no correct opportunity. As far as new technology is concerned,we could have done much better than any other country, but due to lack of resources, opportunities,no proper leadership to come forward- all these we could not do much about technology innovations. One thing is sure that even if As Me. Obama said it now on emerges in US then also there will be a major contribution from Indians only. US might be a money center but India and Indians have proved we will be knowledge super power whether accepted or not. Just the only thing needed that we have to come out of the corruptions and other scms and purely concetrate on development.
