Kiranprakash I agree with you. According to me maintaining a library is an art. Everybody cannot do that work. You need more patience and knowledge to maintain it.

I support the argument.In the west there r many library organizations like SLA,LA, OSLC, LC,IFLA,FID etc...there the remuneration is also very good.
