Today itself I read a news item stating that a group of dismissed employees killed there CEO. I want to now that whether it si the CEO only who is responsible for all this. Doesn't he deserve a better life.

Yes i agree with the Dayanand Deshpande argument of no injustice done to anyone and impartial to the people working around him.

A CEO is the man for everything and this is what his job wants. He might be impartial but the people around him are not. So he has to see that no injustice is done to anyone. Well I am not saying that what happened today is fine, it is wrong on the part of those dismissed employees, but a CEO is like a father to the company and has to see that every child (employees) gets a fair share.

Well, I think that is it unfair on the part of people to blame the CEO for everything. He is just a facilitator who does his work in consultation with a lot many people and can't be blamed individually for anything. He is not your enemy that he wll do wrong for anyone. He has a job to do and tries to do this with utmost impartiality.
