Steve jobs was a visionary who ramped up his business amidst stiff competition, through a team studded with equal talent. The legacy left behind will be duly taken care of by the team led by Tim cook, his successor and the co. will surly stand the taste of the time to come. As said rightly, in the world of change, speed is constant.

Apple will always rocks, the people at the apple are inspired by the Jobs thoughts, Apple is built up by the like-minded people, not by a single person. the core values of Apple are strong and they boost the companies objectives. http://www.nichesuite.com/

Many great personalities have come and left the world but world is going in its natural way. It is the law of nature that every creature who comes in the world must have to go. So I think that apple should find another capable leader for its operations.

Well, to simply colligate Apple's ginormous success to Steve Jobs seems a little unfair. Ofcourse, he was a great tech person (and thats all he was. Walter Isaacsson’s book opens a whole new side of Jobs!). He was a genius with the way he presented his products to the world. I would not exactly support overrated statements like " Jobs knew what people wanted before people knew what they wanted". However, Jobs made people think they needed what he sold. I mean, we really do survive without an Ipad or SIRI. He was a brainbox at that. On the other hand, success of the company would rather be credited to the sole effort of the workers and not the man in the chair. It’s like saying; the king won the battle all by himself. Of course, he didn’t. He used countless soldiers who brought the victory! And goes back to sitting in the chair. Also, Tim Cook is not an ordinary man. If we call Jobs a genius, a genius wouldn’t let a madman be his successor. Apple is going to be the same way it was, unless Android or Windows or the likes take drastic steps to gulp it down.

Apple's success is based on disruptive technology. They always came up with something which changed the industry landscape completely and they were first to move and others just followed them in all the products Mac computer, iPhone or iPad. But all these were the babies of Jobs innovative thinking which is almost impossible to match by anyone. As you told great people are working in Apple but they cant work till the time anyone guided them to work on something great and that was Jobs role. He understood the trend before anyone else in industry and came up with product. As we all know he left Apple and it just went down hill even when others were still working in Apple. He had a great vision and skill and I would like to see how his successor met that benchmark.
