i would much prefer to have a low salary with good boss. its not nice when you feel forced to work when your not happy there. plus if you work full time, you are at work more than at home. so you get less chance to spend your wages any way

Money or Boss, what matters to me is what motivates me to get up every morning, get to that desk of mine and start my work with 110% energy. If your boss gives you plenty of opportunities to learn, diversify your experience, that's much more wealth you generate which you can then capitalize anywhere. You certainly cannot get that with a bad boss, not in 1 yr not in 10 yrs.

Peace of mind is most important for productivity and development as a professional. A good working environment, a good boss and less of tensions would further creativity and accelerate towards a 100% input. On the other hand, if you have someone on your head all the time, taking the life out of you, what good the money going to do to you. Ya, maybe get you a good anti-depressant or hypertension treatment.

Really sorry to say that without money how can you get Peace of mind.  Business is not only within the firm you are working, but also with the society you are living ie.your family, friends, relatives, etc.  So, low salary will not give on any way to improve productivity and development as a profesional.  You may get job satisfaction, but while enter into family and the problems, you have to....

Here we should know what is Good and what is bad. A bad boss with Job satisfaction with good salary will attract me. The main convincing matter depends on salary with job satisfaction. By hard work and sincerity and loyalty and obedience will even attract bad boss. A bad boss may be good at work will definitely love hard workers. But on the other hand a good boss with low salary, may not survive long time. Due to his/her personal outgrowth, the total job satisfaction will fail and in general, every good employees will leave the firm.

A firm in good growth with low salary given by the boss is not at all a good boss.  He is Hypocritical and actor in general.   A good boss should know the human value and he should consider human value as an asset for his organization.  Other wise there is no use in it.  Every one is working only for the sake of salary with job satisfaction.  Both should come together like railway track then only the train(orgn.) should run properly.

I had to choose one.I guess the answer depends on the stage of career and priorities of an individual at a given point.When brand name,remuneration... counts more for an individual ( reasons being economic necessities,need to associate with a known name..), one would lean towards high salary and still tolerate the bad boss.But if these pressures dont exist in one's scheme of things, definitely he/she would want to work with a good boss for a low pay cheque.Fresh out of college, it didnt matter to me when my boss was a little difficult at my first place of work.Today I work for passion than the money and so opted for a good boss.
