No today construction projects are not of good quality. No proper technology is been used and material are losing quality day by day....

if it wasn't for quality these days then you wouldn't find hundreds of quality analyst jobs created each day...now you can't argue on that saying quality officers don't do their job with QUALITY...LOL

All people with or without knowledge entering in to the construction industry, only with vision of making money. Qualified hands with vision of future are to be allowed and hence the quality can be regulated. Now a days no specifications of construction are following in construction industry and people are convincing with standing of structure under normal conditions. No one gives importance to the standard construction detailing. So quality check are to be kept mandatory by expert Civil engineers before occupation of structure. The certificate issued person should be responsible for the consequences of construction during the life period of structure.
