If I am not wrong I don't think any management asks the teachers not to teach. Today teachers don't take that profession seriously. So the management interferes to keep the quality of education. So there should be management interference !!!

Management in private colleges are interfering a lot in lecturers teaching methodology and in their interactions with students. This is not acceptable. Freedom should be given to Lecturers so that they can provide best education.  There are some pathetic situation where lecturers are spied with a camera in class room as well as staff room.

My opinion: Management Should not interfere.

as for as teaching is concerned it is a basic part of management so definately management must interfare in this matter coz we can see the present scenario in most of the organizations teacher's are not paying attention toword the growth of the student and they are spending more time out of the class rather than classroom or with the students.here the main work of management take place andthey must make it compulsion for teaching department to pay attention toward the awareness of the student so that our student can be updated with new tachnologies and can run with the time in this manner we can get rid of some basic problems as well like unemployment and we can increase our literacy rate as well as educational strength............so management must interfare in teaching

THERE IS NO HARM IF MANAGEMENT INTERFERE - ACTUALLY THAT IS NOT INTERFERENCE AS THE FACULTY UNDERSTAND, THESE ARE STATEGIES, EQUIPEED WITH WISDOM , EFFORT OF ALL AND RESULTS AS INDICATOR- SUCH INTERFERENCE CONTRIBUTE A LOT IN THE GROWTH OF AN ORGANISATION. THERE MUST BE A MANAGEMENT COUNCIL, ACADEMIC AND RESEARCH COUNCIL IN EVERY EDUCATION ORIENTED ORGANISATION. GROWTH IS NOT DEPENDENT ONLY ONE ASPECT.

Without any interference at all, the syllabus may go for a toss, and the quality may suffer. I would say overseeing rather than interference is imperative.

management must interfare coz until unless they will not interfare our education system will not be improvised .we know that what usually teachers do they dont show their interest to teach the students thats why our education label is getting down .students r having their respective degrees but they dont know the basic things of that degree related subjects.so my view is that management must interfare in teaching

Fundamentally, the teaching community should develop open-mindedness. Their insights are to be imbibed by the students. If the students fail to recognize their contribution, obviously, something is wanting and the Management in order to retain the interest levels of the students, after all they have collected hefty fees from them, management's interference in such cases will be acceptable. If they are interfering in the regular circumstances, then the message is loud and clear that they are wanting to induct one of their acquaintances or family members in your place!

the management has the right to interfere, if the lecturer fails to bring up WEAK students to the expectations of the industry, society or even parents. otherwise they represent nothing but a money sucking corporation creating liabilities.

Interferance of management is acceptable if it has special education officers who are themselves subject experts..they can mentor the young &inexperienced in teaching methodology as well as guiding them in their respective subjects. I as a teacher feels that no book can teach you how to be a good teacher it is only experience which can help you..thus experienced teachers in the management team can help other teachers

The management's interference is not only important but necessary. This would be best explained by the example that we all are wise enough but we need our parents to control us. And sometimes an intrference is necessary because everything is handled and done according to rules if there is a system to control us like we need law and order because in every feild with positive elements we have negative elements also

Management should interere in Teaching, so that the corrections can be made, if it is left to the teachers no body knows about the progress, this should be taken in +ve sence,i believe in supervision so that the drawbacks can be removed and move a head towards athe progress.

i believe that everyone knows their job and give their best to professionally grow themselves, there should be know interference, i would rather prefer a word called FEEDBACK in this regard. Mostly it is seen that teachers are generally criticized for their under-performance but rarely appreciated for their good work.

A teacher can be a "Guru" only if he/she have freedom to teach and execute his/her thoughts. Otherwise under someone's intervention a teacher again becomes a student. If u want complete knowledge of the teacher to get into students, then there should not be any interference.

He/she is interviewed before selection of a lecturer post and gets selected on the basis of his/her ability. Then such process is being done, then why do they need to spy over lecturers. They are not supposed to interfere.

if one teacher is not serious or don't do the teaching i will say he is not a teacher but something else. Every teacher try to to best with their students. if one can find that teacher is not skilled why management hired him or her and if they think that he is not doing his duty seriously they can tell him to leave a job but interference in the way of teaching i think not one teacher or i will say profession in any field can say right.i am totally disagree with kavitha views.

Of course, interference of management in teaching department should be within certain limitations. so that faculty memebrs will have their own freedom to teach the students innovatively. And also management can help the teaching department to improvise the students community of their own college to meet the challenges awaiting outside the students life.

hi you are just saying what i think. Management always interfere in teaching and its kills the teacher natural ability to teach the students and he or she has to teach them artificially. Every teacher has his own method of teaching but the management don't want any creativity so The good teacher will always be in trouble and who are just giving them a butter with bread they will be useful. What a joke in our colleges...
