Corporate management is same except may be how employees precieve their roles. PSU's might be run like government bureaucracy where as private secotro like the command and control models of hierarchy. I feel even then there may not be any difference except for how employees preceive work. More role misbehavior in PSU's than in Private sector. Professionalism may be low in PSU's.
