Sustenance of MBA OATH under corporate pressures

Hope friends here are aware of MBAOATH, a recent mantra being formulated by Harvard Business School students. Looking at the current worst recession, students of this university came forward and took an oath for following certain principles in corporate and social life to help self, organization and society.

The full text of oath can be obtained at mbaoath.org.

The big unanswered questions are:
1. How long these students will stick to the oath?
2. Will organization easily accept this, if business interest is at priority?
3. How many of rest would like to join and support such moves?
4. Will employer hire a particular candidate, if he is part of such group?
5. Rather such moves must be a vital part of corporate governance?

What is this Oath all about, i have seen the oath and that is what every guy working for a organization will do, just because they are joining this Oath programme will not make the corporates to sit and recognize those who are part of it and all...its just that they are blaming themselves like the MBA people for all the recession that has happened, so due to this due to corporate pressures they are doing these things, and just because they are taking oath will not resolve the situation according to me.

This is definitely a welcome move and has to come up and followed as standards/norms across the businesses, corporate, government establishments, NGOs etc.

It’s not impossible to tune all the people for welfare of each other and witness overall development.
