Should MBA's join a small organization or a big one while start of their carrier?

I think risk taking capability is higher in such organizations if in any case more than once you failed in bigger organization while taking risk then you are considered as damaged goods of that organiations.

Well for an MBA , Big Organization would be a preferable to start their career as they can learn much from the experienced guys on what to do and what not to do...Well in case of recession its the experienced guy who can survive recession as they have already seen one in 1992 and learned a lot from that...

I thing being part of small organozation would be a better idea then getting attached to big one's, just because in small or in start up businesses they will be empowered to impact the decisions.

There is more probability of growth. They attach the brand name to you and their would be no problem while moving away and joining others.
