Both are similar degrees and the best colleges for management in the country, the IIMs (apart from the ISB/IIT, etc.) offer Diplomas instead of MBAs.

Hence, it is only a mindset and both the degrees are similar....

MBA is better than PGDM/PGDBM............... its a degree but thts is only a diploma. after MBA we can go for research but not same with PGDM.
