As such the media is growing on a Reglar basis, the media has gone so far and has reached billions of people all over the world, to add up spice and controversy they bring up high profile court cases coverage to people  who will be glued to the several media forms on that issue, on those sensitive issues where people's lives are depending, they create polls and other things related to that issue, So what do you think Should media trial be allowed or not?? what are your views on this...

I strongly support the media and should feel that there should not be any fetters on their freedom of expression. I think that the chances for media to misguide someone or conducting some pretrial etc. will very less now compared to past. In the past we have very few channels, papers and as such they may influence people if there is agreement among them. But, the situation is totally different. We have many news papers and channels and there is nothing like all should carry the report in the same way. They can vary in their reporting and exposing their views about the incident and its for the people to know and come to conclusion as to what is right and what is wrong. I think, in india, media is doing well. When it comes to the issue of concluding the issue and the impact of the conclusion, I don't think that the courts will rely on this media reports as the principles are well settled that every case should be decided based on strong evidence. I don't think that media can intefere  with the decision making by the courts and the court of law is not like the people.

The concept of media trial is not a new thing that is happening. The role of media was debated a lot in the Priyadarshini Mattoo case and Jessica lal case likewise many other high profile cases. There have been numerous instances in which media has been accused of conducting the trial of the accused and passing the ‘verdict’ even before the court passes its judgment. The trial by media is definitely an undue interference in the process of justice delivery, this should stop......So media should not be allowed to do trials on court cases, they are just doing it for Viewership and TRPs.....

According to me Media trials should not be allowed, the court cases should be left alone and trials need to be done fairly, based upon the media what they show is always not 100% there will be other side to it, they just show in a way to create sensationalism and this affects the judgement, and due to this people will have their own views on that issue which media has shown and not what actually is happening there,  So i think media should not do trials on court cases, it should be completely be left to the judicial system to handle...

No i don't agree with Anant, they are just implementing this fee hike in a wrong time, when there is financial crisis that is upon the corporate houses all over, a fee hike is much more burden on their budget woes that is already there.
