The speed of global travel and the popularity of adventure tourism both contribute to the risk of importing viruses into the travelers’ countries.

A Colorado woman contracted Marburg fever while in Uganda in December 2007 touring an attraction known as the python cave in the Maramagambo forest of Queen Elizabeth Park in western Uganda. The cave is home to thousands of bats. Some species of bats are thought to be the reservoir of the deadly Marburg virus. The doctors in USA managed to correctly diagnose her case only in January 2009.
Protecting our customers and giving them the proper professional advice are very important to the success of our travel businesses.

Would you ask your clients upon returning from exotic destinations to make a full medical checkup?

Definitely, the idea has its own advantages on the short run and the long run. Prevention is the best treatment.

well didnt say we wanted in any way to promote unhealthy areas to customers anywhere! we have to always think , what is that was my family and my child, would I ? then rethink........ you would be amazed on how many places you would not visit if you knew they were death traps.

In US this is controlled by a broken down health system.........

safety is number one especially with travel abroad anywhere. Always get physicals. I had walking pneumonia once, and is I was not made to have a physical , I would have drown on my vaction to Hawaii. scarey but true.

Well, to make sure that your clients are not affected by any means of virus or something, a total medical check up should be done. It the best way to protect others from virus spreading across.. Prevention is the best treatment and I too agree with it....

No, i don't think so. Then every time they travel somewhere they should get a checkup, they'll be in fear that they will contract something and will not enjoy their trip, which is of the prime reason that they are travelling, it should be upto governments that they should not promote such places, which will have affect on travellers. so having medical inspection is a bad idea, as travellers stop travelling in the fear of they might contract something, the government should stop travellers going to such places there. which will be of more use than medical inspection

It is so sad that the intelligent brains of those hackers to be MIS-directed like that. The whole world will be far better if those mischievous brains united together to do something beneficial for them as well as the rest of the world.
We have NOT finished the problems of hunger, diseases, and natural disasters. We STILL have to go a long way before having the luxury of thinking about the problems related to the lower part of the body.
