with the recent hike iin salary of our MP's their total income has gone up in excess of Rs 63 lacs pa. Is it justified? Since the average per capita income is only Rs 37000/ pa for the citizens.

In my opinion there is no justification in the salary hike.

In european and american countrin it is 5 to 6 times of per capita income.

Indians got talent with these uneducated corrupt politician/MP`s. They definately should be paid more for taking the health risk in shouting / dancing and taking risk of health in creating a mess envirnment.

No, It is not justified. I agree being in a high profile of the country they deserve this hike. But in Indian political scenario the case is different because of corrupted politicians. They already get benefits through various allowances along with good salary which itself more than enough to lead a king size life. As if this is not enough, they earn black money through bribary. So after all this they really do not need hike in their salary.
