I agree with Bindu.I ndia has richness of resources and a large rural population well suited for many of m health programs.It is for the Mobile companies and health care companies to coordinate and work out programs ahicch would benefit the rural population.Application of Telemedicine like ecg ,teleradiology could herald a new beginning in health care in the country.
