yes...they are just hiring to increase the no. of people working for them so that all these big IT co's can get more and more projects, also the training or what one learns in such companies will be very limited and they will find nothing similar outside. Also they are taking anybody and everybody.....there is no difference b/w students who have passed out from IT, who have done electrical, mechanical all are same for them...they just train them and take them in for their own profit and because one is getting good salary one is changing their field and there is a drain of talent in many other fields.....

It is true that they are creating a sensitive and vulnerable job market. On the other hand it is also creating a culture of  non-loyal and frequent switchover of talent. It is Indian and Japanese way of life to be in combined family, respect elders and to be loyal to employer to prosper in a group rather than individual growth.

This is very negative. There's a metric called 'Earning per Employee' that shows how much a company earns per employee. Google, amazon like companies have very high earning, the companies that innovate, have new products and automate have high earning. These MNC IT giants such as IBM services division, accenture and Indian mnc such as infy, wipro, hcl, mahindra satyam, tcs mostly do low end coding, implementation consulting work. There earning per employee is very low, they hire so many in India, since they have to pay less salary here. The projects these hired employees are going to do involves lots of repetitive kind work like 'coolies' and also copy pasting of software code. Obviously, there's no chance of innovation or new product development. In future if there are less projects available or if there's cheap employees available in countries such as philipines or kenya or china, then such employees jobs will be in danger, they will be laid off.

When such hiring are done it shows the decline in economy of the countries where the big boys are working or the economy is rising when such hiring is done.

Very well said, Bipasha. I support your views.

They are taking everybody @ anytime for the sake of profit & more profit only.

Up-to some extent it is good but it is bad too. It is a good news for freshers like us. But they are also recruiting low standard peoples also.
