However be an organisation, whether it is good in insfrastructural factilities or policies or hierarchy....  it all depends on how it is going up on the graph.... Many organisations suffer from prejudice and they have superior subordinate differentitation made at almost all the level... So in order to avoid all those there are key areas which if an organisation can work on can do stupendous in every level...
