Yes, but not always. It just a psychological behavior & it can be handled with good informal communication.

And a responsible person makes sure that it’s better to put an end to Cold War & be straight forward for betterment of the company.

it is good to focus on our individual work responsiblities rather than looking at who is young or experienced. At the end everybody are employees & and are paid for your efforts. The only diffrence is how much you are paid.The best thing is not to compare & i would suggest that people should focus on what is he paid for is sufficient for his life style.

Irrespective of young or old,the rational  should be issue based
