Is it proclivity to earn cash at every opportunity by any means OR an efficient Cache memory that objectively accesses and subject it to brain so as to analyze plus process any feasible Idea and proceed strategically for it implementation…

Cash is universal entity that we all understand…

Cache memory is analogously derived from a kind of memory in a computer system which is faster than conventional RAM (Random Access Memory),,

Microprocessor first swiftly looks at any data in the cache memory and if it exists it processes it as required similar to the human brain processing any mind waves…!!!...

I am afraid you have offered a no win situation. BOTH are of paramount importance. Ideas will help him hit on the one that will make him a success. A steady flow of money will help him and his family survive during start-up phase.

Actually you should have left it as an open question and seen the responses from other too stepians. I say it is the RISK taking ability which is the utmost quality and entreprenuer needs to succeed. Without this, even if he has all the cash and his memory is super efficient, he will still not make a good businessman.
