I am agree with the suchi and others but my view is like this if we look at current scenario and market condition what pool of MBA students are coming in the market they are unable to find the job and we r talking about satisfaction. Today though a particular MBA guy is having core competency in one area but we can not assure that he will find the job in the same area so how he could be satiesfied. Looking at current scenario supply of MBA student  is more than demand  as because nowdays at every doorstep you will find one MBA institute. So there is one gap . Unles untill he gets a job in area of interest he would not be satiesfied.

MBA's are persons who can fit into any jobs and they know how to handle the situations. Since they are more career oriented they fit into the right job most of the time. And today there is a huge demand for MBA's in the market, only thing they need to do is to search and join the field they are expert in.

They should not run behind money ignoring their core competence !!!

Nowadays MBA degree is very much essential and everybody who completes his graduation goes for an MBA.........whether he is studying Arts, Science or any type of bachelors...As the rate of MBA pass outs have increased the urge of getting job have also increased so co's now hire these MBA's on the pay role of a graduate student not a post graduate MBA professional.........So the pay structures for MBA's have been so bad and we have to undergo this situation.....

Ha Ha Ha!!! I am laughing because today if we can see in the market there are too much MBA degree holders in the country. and the jobs are very less. so why they are not satisfied I am confused.

Idea rules the world, any MBA graduate comes up with its idealogy and dreams with their professionalism in their work culture and accordingly the expectation goes high with their MBA tags as they joins  company .Even they had ideas to to take the company to heights ,but to get their ideas implemented it needs the support of their Job in which they are in ,it is as Good as "an engineer into administration ,in stead of Manufacturing process,"the entire process of the education is frustrated and the Job satisfactin is not accomplished, and their comes dissatisfaction in their Job  position and their expectation gets hampered ,in short right person in wrong Jobs.It nees transformation as per the need ,as right person in right Jobs.

I am very much agree with Mayur at this time people only look for job as around 50- 60 % people do MBA because they do not have any job after thier bacholer degree. So no point about satisfaction or dissatisfaction its just they have to earn to live. As teh prices are touching sky and you cant be dependent on your parents after 20 - 21 years of your age.

There is no point to discuss about the careers and performances of MBA/PGDBM degree holders passed out from IIMs or top B-schools. People passed from little known institutes may not get the desired level or package as that of IIMs/top B-schools. Further, the pass-outs from the road side institutes have no future at all, may have to make an entry as sales executive @ Rs.6000/- pm

I completely disagree with you,MBA person gets huge range of options of job to get into.It is their responsibility to take firm decisions and make correct choices at the initial stages of their career.Job satisfaction varies from person to person,so once you have made a choice then there is no point in being satisfied or not.

Agree with Ms. Suchi 100%. The major change agent is not money for MBAs. It is job satisfaction & career growth.

If you are in field of your choice you will enjoy your work and will motivate to learn and grow in the same field. Enjoy what you do, your work and you will love your job, new entrants just go for job, not for what they want to do, choose wrong professiona and get dissatisfied.

Now people who specialize in other fields like Engineering, Architecture, etc go for MBA inspite of their degrees. This shows that the MBA people are more in demand and in better position then any other fields.

I agree with Suchi here that MBAs are satisfied with their job & career oriented.MBA is not about just getting the degree & concept rather its about how efficiently you apply those things in real life scenario...
