Multinational culture of anything is an advantage - be it industry, institute, corporate culture or company. Indian companies have grown to such an extent that they are building up very large multinational companies. Like L&T has presence in more than 5 countries on infrastructure, Tata has presence in more than 5 countries in vehiclee as well as steel segment, ONGC has the largest presence due to ONGC Videsh and so on. So, in front of multinationals like Colgate (toothpaste), P&G hygeine(Oral care), Ingersol Rand (Compressors) etc. India is a real GIANT.

Meanwhile, by supporting multinational companies in India, we gain the cultural advantage. Like the etiquettes and protocol etc which we follow today, are western cultures, which are good for corporate discipline. So, should we follow multinational cultures here OR should we teach them Indian flavours like Namaste and Jai Ho.

Multinational culture results in Globalization because of which we get new opportunities and ideas. Because of foreign openings we will get more innovative ideas. These things later result in the expansion of the business. This is the reason we should follow multinational culture of entrepreneurship.

Thanks for the debate sir don't know much about this,

Presently we are heavily dependent on domestic demand, but is limited and also our industries are facing tough competition from global counterparts. I think we should go for more foreign exposure in our p&l a/c, for which a multinational culture is vital.
