Good AMC +

Diversified Equity Scheme +

Dividend Option +

Long Term +  SIP = GOOD RETURNS...!!!

*************************************

Justification

Good AMC - With Good  5 Year Record and Credit Ratings

Diversified Equity Scheme -  For better returns at risk

Dividend Option -  To make hay when sun shines

Long Term View -  Only means of achieving returns in EQUITY

SIP -  DISCIPLINE.. without DISCIPLINE & right ATTITUDE no Success..

A minimum 40% interest guarantee is always there in case of SIP Mutual funds. And its a simple process compared to others as one can go for partial withdrawl or discontinue at any time.

Whereas in insurance policies you have to go for minimum 10 yrs and in case you wish to discontinue at middle you will be charged a certain amount and in return you gain nothing. If one has the patience for a very long term then its ok.

Coming to investing in gold physically i think an avge of 8% -15% interst per annum is what you get back.

Regarding real estate only thing that bothers today is lack of SECURITY. Who knows when the govt will go for land acqusition for their projects like metro rail, road widening etc,.

So SIP-Mutual funds are the best .

why we dont have to invest in mutual funds... mutual funds is much better than other investments.. becoz there are not only equity schems avalable... othe fix return schems are also available... and there is miror also that u can see ur investment amout that where it is invested.. u can enter or exit any time.. there are many options for swiching... there are also gud tax banifit than other investment schems.. no dought there are some risk.. but in long run u will difinatly get gud return in gud scheme than other investment option... after all so many things are depend on our economy.. and economy runs bcoz of our market.. there are so many things are releted with the market.. every one no that there are risk in all filds... for e.g. in ur own business... but every investment want some time... if u just study our market .. u can see that in every economy cycle market goes down and up... no one can stop the economy cycle.. but in long run market always put a new level..  and actual earnings of the funds is more more better than other options.. it is more than 3 times...  so always think 4 stay invested..

Mutual Funds is obviously a better investment option . . If one can see the market crashed more than 50 % in the past one year but the MF industry average loss was 30%. Even the opportunities of growth of MF in india is tremendous as the awarness is not much..

Looking at a long term investment with good returns and less risk, Equity MF are the best.

For short term, liquid funds are already a hit...
