According to todays business world definition I totally agree with money, because see from previous few years it is shown that in every organization turn-over is take a lots of space. Think why these is happen? There is only two factors are functionable- one is the organisation do not satisfied about his/her performance & another one is the employer/worker is not satisfied. Mostly in this case we have seen that due to the salary package the employer or worker are not satisfied.. In other hand we all know that money is motivate all people than position.

i believe with the passage of time money loses its charm and then position is the thing that matters most. money is motivator only in initial stage of career.

Adequate compensation for the skills acquired and the position commensurate to the experience are the parameters for motivation. Otherwise it looks like the Prime Minister drawing lesser salary with onerous responsibility in comparison to the President of India.

One thing is that if you work in an organisation for what purpose? Firstly you want to try make money, want to equal with others. Give me a answer of this question "If a company only provide you better position & they donot give your deserving package what will you do? You leave from the company or still in that situation or collaborate with them.

Well... both could be the right answer for different persons depending upon the mental and psychological state of the person. Probably you have heard about the maslow's need hierarchy. If we talk about that perspective, people who are below in the physiological level of this hierarchy will be motivated by the money because that will bring them satisfaction more. But if we move to the second level giving them security will motivate them more. As we move to the top money will be replaced by position in the organisation because the person at the upper level in this hierarchy position will be a better motivator for them. So according to my view when it comes to low level workers in the organisation, it would be better to motivate employees by increase in incentives and hike in salary. But for employers of all levels position will give them sense of satisfaction which will motivate them towards better contribution in organisation's day to day working.

In support of my choice, I'd like to first state that in the corporate world as I see it, Money follows once a certain position is reached. So the pursuit must always be for the position and respect. However, Like Mr. Muralidharan cited the example of a government service chair, the idea for a person like the PM should be gain power for the greater good (Ideally) and not to amass a bounty for a lesser personal good. The point being Government and Corporate are two very different worlds. Money does not always follow with position in the Government but it certainly does in the Corporate.

I totally not support this thing. Because you can see in case of marketing there are many factors which can help to dominant or exist itself in the market. There are some factors like quality, price, scheme, service & advertisement. If any company have...
