hi all, some decades back there was a big change made by Govt through nationalisation of banks and industries making it accountable to public and giving more security to organisation as well as to public.Even though we are in the era of globalisation / liberlisation i want to know the effects if entire education system is nationalised and uniform reforms are bought in this field which is applicable to entire country, i.e,. single entity. by this i think private involvemet in this field is totally eliminated and also there won't be any donations and stress involved in getting admission in some prestigeous education institutes will come to halt. can u answer this question regarding pros and cons and weather this idea is feasable in the present scenario.this question is not to blame / underscore any private educational institutions but what happens if this idea will happen.i hope members will answer without any pre judices.

i prefer this should happen as giving education is one of basic right of the Govt.question here is how much one is affordable in getting quality education.if we can quantify the business that is taking place in any private educational institutions i feel Govt should take a step to curb the menace of making money by lending education and Govt should have full control on the system.i also strongly feel that in future the term reservation will vanish from the system as there will be equal oppurtunity for all classes.

If the entire education system is going to be one then it will cause more problems, Jairaj apart from few national institutions like the IIMS and IITs there are very less insititutions which can do really good, but Many of the private institutions with many international schools in the country are up to date with everything interms of education and also other activities, but if everything is nationalised there will be no differentiation and the quality goes down and with  nationalisation again here corruption will be there and everything goes worse...
