For composing an effective advertisement need notorious mind set than the creativity because the creativity can help to take decision of advertisement strategic implementation but the naughty message more emphasize  on its effectiveness

Naughty mind set can be subset of creativity but it can never be above creativity. Gone are the days when there were minimum presentations like Ads with limited available medium for communication. In this age, things are moving at a fast pace and no one can risk a loose strategy.

An advertisement has to be in a proper structure with a right message to the right audiences.

Within the scope of this debate, I would just say that if naughty was the main criteria then we would have seen personalities like Malika Sherawat and Rakhi Sawant having an endless list of endorsements.
