In fact the need based finance comes into picture when the unit is not servicing its committments. Bank will finance against a firm order to cover expenses to make the product (need based finance), collect the bill directly and adjust a major portion towards its outstanding dues.

why people are applying for Bank finance without verifying the need for the finance and ultimatly while rejecting the same by bank they will say Bank are not accepting loan application because they require setting of the finance.

alwys apply for the finance to the bank as per requirements for the project and according to the repayments capacity of the projects.

Both seems to be same. Project or application r the same faces. Wat u do develop is project until it become application when it finishes

Dear Kishore, I have a difference of opinion on the view that Banks and NBFC's should give need based finance. It it actually impractical for them to do so. What is the prime concern of the financial organizations is that they recover what they lend with a reasonable return and if we talk of need based funding , some one might have a higher need than his repaying capacities, would they be able to do Justice with him , if yes, than is it Justice with their own business model. Banks are not NGO's to take care of needs. Our society have a huge chunk of Below Poverty Line who needs money, would they be funded without adequate repaying capability.
