Yes. If you have normal day2day insurance, there is nothing wrong with travel insurance. It will also help you against accidents, loss of cash etc.

When the world is being bombarded with new, renewed, tried marketing Ideas and the term "Social media Network" clearly meaning "Business" even with your contacts, friends and colleagues :), the consumer today is becoming more and more aware of the Business "tactics" and "strategies" that are being put forth to him/ her. Falsity in Branding and selling are going to be recognized, brought out and destroyed- today or tomorrow! Having a straight forward business with your clients is the call of the day and no brand who doesn't follow this is going to survive the technological wave of the future. "Honesty", "Clarity", "Transparency" "Promises kept" in the corporate world are the keywords for successful brand sustainability and growth. Those who opt for this funda as their guiding principle, are not only going to become "reliable" in the vigilant eyes of the consumer, but are also going to gain profits. Remember- Money follows the successful, Losers follow Money!

Honesty is needed at each and every level of an organisation. In corporate world it must be transfomred from TOP to bottom and should be encouraged and rewarded. It will help and shape up youngsters as they grow from immaturity to maturity be it in their professional or personal life. If we talk about CHANGE than here it is required rest of the thinhgs will fall in place. Lets see it at micro level.

The values (Integrity, Honesty, seamlessness....) are not merely goody-goody terms for name-sake. They have a potential to take the organization through thick and thin. The organization which builds it's business on these principles may not see spectacular results, but will make steady progress and will sustain all times.

DELL is a organization, which is shining example of emphasis on values.DELL, once a vast empire, had reached on the verge of bankruptcy and to the point of collapse, before some years. At that point, Management made brain storming to find out root cause of the situation. total erosion of basic values at all the levels was found to be reason of such condition. Top Management undertook a drive to imbibe importance of basic values (integrity, passion, seamlessness, speed) among employees. After working on this drive, the organization regained her position and today once again a strong corporate.

"HONESTY", "VALUES", "ETHICS", "PRINCIPLES" are the lexicographic terminologies long forgotten by Indians at large, be it in corporate or government! We are witnessing day in day out how the ruling government and the major opposition are showing to the public how a matter of national concern could be buried by throwing insinuations against each other, leaving the large public aghast, helpless! These educated, so called elites, are the role models for the upcoming generation - leave aside education, they have buried their own conscience. They would be answerable to some one, if not on earth, elsewhere!

Agreed that honesty is the best policy but not in India. If so ask all the companies to do an internal audit carried out on all top guns...truth will be out. Honesty is best policy only at lower level. Can't help it...people can go very low to get a job or promotion
