new stars might be born. Unless and until you don't give these lads chance to play it big you will not know their potential. Win or Loss we might get some valuable innings out of them. Every young cricketer dreams of a chance and here they get plenty of chances as it is a month and half long tour.

hai kavitha i agree with Mr. Jairaj. Its a team effort and most of the time the start performance is not lead to success. I hope the youngster they have got a chance to prove themselves. Sachin had reached the peak.

Star cricketers became star cricketers after getting an opportunity to play at the national level. One of these youngsters may shine so well and the nation may get new stars. The cricket board should keep giving chances to the youngsters to shine. One cannot expect the star cricketers to last forever.

World Cup followed by hectic IPL. Star cricketers find no rest. After all they are also human beings. Sachin and Dhoni asked for rest and were granted. Now Gambhir and Yuvi out due to injuries. This is the time for the young buddies to grab the opportunity and show their talent. It is useful for them as individuals, it is also useful for the Indian Cricket to have a good pool of talent in reserve. For Tests Sachin and Dhoni will be available anyway.

C'mon, we have come a long way, first, beginning to win some of the matches abroad without Sachin, and second winning the world cup where in some of the league matches Sachin did fail but out of the blue Yuvraj came with a performance after being written off before the world cup began. We have to start winning matches without the big names - That is where we can set ourselves apart from the rest. Believing in oneself is far more important than believing in others' talent.Go India Go!

Kavitha I agree with you. If you really analyse Tendulkar only his presence is required. I think the team which will play test has the capability to win the same.

THE GENTLEMAN GAME HAS LOST ITS REPUTATIONS. IT IS EVIDENT IN THE RECENT WORLD CUP MATCHES OF POOR TURNOUTS.

IPL is really killing Indian cricket. Our modern day cricketers have tasted money, and why would they toil in West Indies for paltry money! We have lost cricketers who play for country, viz., Rahul Dravid, Laxman, Kumle, Saurav. "wear and tear" in this game is increasing day by day, how can you expect our cricketers to play like "ROBOT"!

Yes I agree with mohan..See here cricket is the commercial game, actually our national game is hockey but mostly everybody's has interested in cricket due to the cause of cricket is commercial game.BCCI has to fix the shedule, some of sponnecer's participated in that and BCCI has also get some money from that..sothats why they have to fix the shedules. But it is the best way to give a chance to new talented young stars..so it will be a good oppertunity.

This was bound to happen with the amount of cricket being played these days. Players didn't get any rest after the world cup due to IPL, I dont think that the cricketers should be held responsible for this its BCCI's job to fix the schedules. But at the same time its a good opportunity for the young cricketers to get some experience and prove India's bench strength and that is how a world champion team should think.
