NOC is necessary for all employees who either apply for some other avenue or quit an organization.Its a valid and requisite document for all employees and the duty of employer to issue the same.

In my opinion it is valid and must be made mandatory. It shows the relationship between employer and employee.

NOC is necessary for all employees who either apply for some other avenue or quit an organization.Its a valid and requisite document for all employees and the duty of employer to issue the same. This way employees can look for better job opportunities.

NOC may not be needed when employees apply for Govt/PSU jobs and when one is reuired to apply for a proper channel.
