I support this side since it will be ideal one for middle class people who first need jobs after securing a required basic graduation in any branch of studies. However, being on the job they can further continue their higher studies through correspondence course like M.B.A etc. Thanks for the referral Ms.Sheetal.

Its better to get hands on experience. Since most of our education system relies on just passing the exams, you cannot learn much practical knowledge at such institutes. Hands on experience will let absorb courseware in correct context, when you join it.

TIME, MONEY, FAMILY SUPPORT are essential for persuing higher studies full time. Those who do not have these, do higher studies with job. There are many institues offering executive MBA. I think this is a very good option for anyone irrespective of their field of work.

I opt for Doing Job then go for Higher Studies... Because, for doing the Higher studies like MBA, MCA etc., in a best universities like IIM's and B-Schools and also Best institutions, the experienced candidates will be having more preference.. And that to, the Pay for the person after getting the job from these institutions will be very high compared to the job which he/she has done before... Please post your views regarding this topic....

HI SAI!!
LONG TIME NO SEE, HOW HAVE YOU BEEN?
DOING JOB AND STUDY SIMULTANIOUSLY SOMETIMES MAY NOT BE A BARREL OF LAUGHS, I HAVE HAD ITS EXPERIENCE, SINCE YOU ARE MAKING A CHOICE TO DO A JOB AND I AM SURE THAT, IF YOU APPROACH THIS WAY, YOU WILL DEFINITELY FIND YOURSELF IN THE SOUP, AS EDUCATION AND OFFICE BOTH DO HAVE A LOT OF STRESS, YOU MAY FACE STRESS IN THE JOB AND EDUCATION AS WELL.
YOU HAD BETTER GO FOR FURTHER EDUCATION, GET GOOD PERCENTAGE AND ON THAT BASIS GO FOR ANY JOB, WHATEVER SUITS YOUR INTEREST.
MY SUGGESTION WOULD BE, GO FOR EDUCATION, IF SITUATION AT YOUR HOME ALLOWS YOU. THANKS FOR REFERRAL SHEETAL....

If you fear not being employed after completing your higher studies then you fear life. By opting for higher studies after doing your job does not cushion you against your job prospects. Your employability in the job market is based on your ability to perform, not some silly tactics like getting into a institute after doing some damn job. I have seen people not getting jobs even after following these silly options. Yes, competition exists, but it exists even for those who have opted completing their higher studies with 1-2 years of job experience. Competition does not distinguish between the two - Its YOU who makes the difference and not the JOB that you did previously.

its always better to go for higher studies rather than looking for job coz simply higher qulifications are an added advantage and helps a lot in ur career...one should complete his/her higher education as early as possible so that can look to shape his/her career in a better way...
