NSA - Misuse and hypocrisy

Keywords : who is a sworn communalist who would like to live peacefully. but these hipocrites create such havoc in the society are welcoming the clamping of nsa on mr.gandhi. if the same nsa was clamped on a minority leader is required. the very same people and calling a party which has a backing of more than 30% of population with them as communal is nothing but a shame. when we will have a society which is for one and all with all are equal in the eye of the law? on 31st mar one news in television was mr.prakash karat giving a statement that during general eelection the very secular cpm joins with mr.madani in kerala the very same people would have shouted from the rooftop that the act is being misused. i do not belong to any party. i am just an indian citizen who were opposing the nsa tooth and nail tough action like clamping nsa on mr.varun gandhi

Then what about the knowledge that successive governments have been endeavoring in the direction of evolving a Common Civil Code .According to Article 44 of the Constitution of India enjoins upon the State 'to endeavor to secure for the citizens a Uniform Civil Code throughout the territory of India.

Is India is really Democratic country where equality is followed ? What do you say?
