Every year, ceremoniously, we observe International Day, i.e. On 1st December World AIDS Day, 10th December "World Human Rights Day", etc.  On this day, we hold a series of discussions, conferences, seminars and advocacy campaigns both from the Government and the societies at large.  Are there any sequels to them? What are the follow-ups?  

On the day of its occurrence, every year, we spend a lot on Campaigns, Advertisements in National Dailies, print and television media.  Do we really have any concern about such issues?  Only people concerned in these areas are blabbering, spending a lot of resources on unwanted expenditure and leaving the really affected and afflicted people struggling for their lives.  The so-called conduits are siphoning of their resources, unmindfully!  Is it right?
