yes i agree with you.In the institut we get only thero knowledge but while working we get the practical knowledge.And it gives the perfection to our work

On job learning is like sharpnig a knife after making it . It deoends which type of sharpning the learner gets at job.

Or we can say it's preparing a pot fron raw earth it depends on type of earth and the maker who give appropriate shape.

I think it was Voltaire who said, "Tell me and I will forget... Show me and I may remember... Involve me and I will understand." Even after institutional training one continues to learn throughout his lifetime. There' s no alternative to "on the job" training.

I agree with the concept of earning while learning..... This gives more exposure than sitting and listening to the class for hours.....
