More than capital,resources etc,for start ups it is a learning experience.There can be minor failures. Failures provide more opportunities to learn.

It's wise to take up several small projects for start-ups. Putting all eggs in one basket (executing one large project) may be risky for a start-up. Several small projects also help manage working capital better.

Small projects are always advisable. Its better not to totally depend on only one client/ project for your survival & growth. More client options enables you to defer the risks of dependence on a single client .

What should the startups aim at? many companies fail before they get stable in the market. What can be the reason behind this. The resources is not a big deal. The vision needs to be developed in such a way that the company aims at gaining experience in the market and not just fame. please post your views and comments so as to study and generalize the beginning of the startups..
