At this point of time India's growth in INFRA. industry is tremendous. Resulting lots opportunity in Road, Power, Construction. This ultimately increasing the migration of people from villages, small town to Third Tier cities upwards. The increase in population in these areas in last 10 years gone up by 60% than normal migration, whereas the natural growth in population is not more than 16% as per recent appx. Census numbers of 2011. This major shift created lots of pressure on existing municipal utilities like Water, Sewerage & drainage. The rising pollution levels because of heavy industrialization as well as growing pressure of Global warming compels municipal & metro authorities to think of safe water as well as safe disposal of sewage & drainage water. The combined effect created huge opportunities in WATER sector too, like WTP,STP,ETP & WATER / SEWAGE NETWORK/STORM WATER DRAINAGE( EVEN I SAY HIGHEST AMONG ALL SECTORS.). Now issue is still not addressed completely as unprecedented demand & compulsion of getting these projects were never been anticipated & budgeted by nether Central or State Government. Here again PPP comes in picture. As per my rough estimation the required investment in this sector in PPP/BOOT in coming 7 years is to the tune of 400 Billion USD. Means business of 50 Billion USD + Each year for upcoming 7 years uninterrupted
