Skill level in entry level people have to be developed then only u can gauge it.. Its their ability to learn should be gauged..competency n skills could be developed according to their receptive ability..

They also have skills and knowledge except for a lot of field experience still they can make it up within months of time ... the industry should understand their knowledge and give them a chance to excel with a proper compensation
