ORACLE CRM in enterprise deployment aspect and system architect point of view wins over MS CRM on following aspects.

Few that I felt can be described BRIEFLY as point to ponder.

1.Portability across INTEL, RISC platform with UNIX/LINUX as well as MS WINDOWS deployment.

2. Scalability in terms of performance matches with scalability of underlying OS and Hardware.

3. Integration with back end applications - Seemless right from MS (JDBC/ODBC and RPC connectivity). to typical Mainframe based solution - connectors being available with middleware (FUSION is the latest buzz in ORACLE).

4. ORACLE Database support through it's technical partners integration with Contact manager, voice - web - e-mail interface.
