Ideas are the proccess of evolution. An organisation is established with some aims and objectives. There are different types of orgnisaions having different goals. According to the goal,aims and objectives,the infrastructures,strategis and plans are made. It depends upon the brain,thought,concepts and various other aspects of the Organisor,who wants to establish an organisation.

let there be any number of ideas. It is not the number of ideas that matters. The quality of the idea and how it is transformed to a strategy, product or process matter! Also the speed at which the idea converts to a reality is important.

Yes Veena, you are correct.Ideas are self evolution. A brainy matriculate can add more ideas in an organisation than a highly qulified MBA student to keep regular flow. Most of the present educations are to earn money. All the initial management courses are written by experieced talents,while there was no MBA in the wold.Deep thinking of positive & negative in a specific issue can give us a resulted oriented out put.

No matter an organization is made with certain aims and objectives depending on which goal,aims and objectives,infrastructures,strategies and plans are made. But after making all these things also, a regular inflow of new ideas are required or else the organisation will not be able to run for a long time....

The organisation has more idea then it can applicable because the the people/employes in the organisation are of gratter numbers and each person has different idea and if we combile all the idea of all the employee everyday then we will have N numbers of idea but the orgination is only one so it can not apply all the idea.

organization is built by the peoples and all peoples have his or her own ideas, but important is how much free and constructively they can deliver the ideas at right time and right place and to right peoples, so acceptance of idea and result of acceptance i.e sucess or failure leads to new learning and experince for future. so new ideas should always be welcomed
