Thanks Aarti. Certainly it is never better to suffer in silence. If you sue you can expect justice. Though we all know that our judicial system is very slow. It is also said that justice delayed is justice denied. But even at this cost if you sue you can expect justice. And it is always better. See if you do not complain how can anyone can come to know that you have a problem. And without anybody coming to know of it, how can it he solved. You should do an honest effort on your part yes leave the result in the hands of others. Results are not in your control. We all know. We know people suffer a lot of agony mental and physical fighting for justice. Yes it is not easy to get justice. But without making complaint how can anybody expect to get justice. So it is always true to expect justice if you sue.

Aarti I agree with you but the Legal proceeding in our country takes a lot of time cant we have say 50 fast track courts in India to settle all the pending cases. This may be one reason people with whom wrong has been done dont approach courts. Thanks sujatha for referral.

i am not in complete consonance with the title but to some extent i do agree that we can get justice in court of law. its time for us to change the system, as the we know justice delayed is justice denied, we should strive to get justice in quick time otherwise its of no use. court of law is the proper means to settle disputes and most importantly for the survival of democracy and civilised society. its only cowards who keep silent and suffer but it needs guts to fight against oppression by somebody else against us.

Yes, we can expect justice in rare cases only. & if you got it due to grace of GOD & due to that JUSTICE / COURT then you are lucky one, as justice can be given either ways by manipulating the things & which is very normal in our country.

Mills of justice grind slowly. But in almost all cases, justice is available in spite of delay tactics adopted by the opposition. The Supreme Court is also now takuing a stance of Judicial Activism. This is good

Judiciary is one of the three arms of the very edifice of democracy. The laziness, corruption, bureaucratic delays more commonly known as red-tappism etc give fuel to the otherwise lethargic legal system to be too slow. As the saying goes "justice delayed is justice denied", the undue delay is a cancer to our judicial system. However, the system itself is good if we really want to follow in true spirits. A small revamp is required, like scraping outdated laws, effectively and efficiently enforcing the existing laws at the administration and investigation level so that the wrong doer or the accused is brough to books and the case is referred to court without any delay. If these all things to happen, the three arms, legislature, executive and the judiciary should function in tandem for a common cause. In real democracy, people have power to elect our representatives, but do we really bothered such representatives are capable of carrying out their constitutional obligations and render services to the masses. So the blame should be squarely put on all the three arms and not judiciary alone.

Judicial Activism has started under the leadership of Hon'ble Justice Kapadia, Chief Justice of India, being a very clean personality risen to top from a very small post! He understands what propriety and accountability to people all about! PILs are playing a very great role in the national interest! Hope, other honest professionals in the legal framework join him to cleanse the Governance issue!

It is always good to voice injustice rather than suffering in silence. many people blame the Legal System, but forget to voice the wrong thing. "Better Late Than Never" we can expect justice if we sue....

When we encounter conspiracies against ourselves, is it a good bet to sue, or is better to keep quiet as the opposing party may rig the entire ssytem?

Our legal system sucks, it is full of loop holes. Its like a tin roof full of holes. But that doesnt mean we have to suffer in silence. Through concerted efforts we can do a lot rather than suffer in silence.

Our legal system is very bad it takes ages to get any judgement. If a lower court gives judgement in party one's favor then a court higher to it reverses it and it goes on and on at various levels.

It is slow, corrupt and people with money and influence get away. The lower level courts do not function at all
