Respected sir! i agree with your agreement that anything can be outsource and presently Indian companies started this strategy and your company also for this clarify my some doubts: 1) have you compare your own marketing performance with third party performance. 2) Do you think third party will work as per the agreement. 3) Do you think all the conditions you wish to impose on third party, will they accept. 4) If wrong message spread in the market will third party face any legal problem Actually i didn't experienced reality so all my questions may not have any relations with the actual scenario.

Hello sir i read your opinion what you posted but i think if the manufacturer it self distribute product then also they need same number of employee which third party will employ but in the case when we outsource our marketing work the third party do not give 100% contribution how much we can, for employment opportunity i think the third parties are misusing the human resources by offering them lesser salaries and recruiting wrong person for specific work and also they are getting more work than required by which indirectly manufacturer or main organisation's will face bad impression in the market.

Outsourcing Marketing work is not an effective tool.Marketing is all about continuously creating VALUE for customers through Products and Services and then communicating the same to the Target Markets. By outsourcing Marketing, we would be giving an opportunity to the service provider to enter the arena and address our Market Niche. Not a very good idea.

Outsourcing marketing will notr work out successfully in all the situations. Because for some product or service, the market will be unique. So the marketer should study the market thoroughly, even by having physical presence.

yes sunita i am agree with you...marketing is something which need to be handle carefully....it can be for a new product as well as new product...if we donot handle it properlly it can lead us to a huge loss as well as wrong representation or wrong placement of products..so outsourcing for marketing of any thing should sought a big NO for that.

I think marketing cannot be outsourced, because it is the core of the business and only the company can have full knowledge of it. Outsourcing may lead the company in a wrong direction. ....

Now the competition is more than one expect. If company outsource its marketing activity it will not be effective much as they can make it effective by their own. Because the companies which undertaking task as a tool of profit making and they are more concern about their profit by saving in cost like investments on employee these organisations are not heading by the good experts who can design the marketing plan which can suit the product which they are selling and also they are not belongs to same background. So these third organisation is not undertaking this activity in effective way by which the company fail in doing maximum sales

Mr. Manmath! (1) Yes we can compare our marketing performance with any good marketer company. We are talking about business and it can be possible. I am giving you an example:- Let say i am owner of a business. Then why i recruit people whereas according to me i am good marketer and i will do best marketing for my business as compare to any other employee. But still i recruited employees.. WHY??? We allocate the work in business only in the situation where we feel that they are also good marketer, they can do best work like me or even more than me. And i have no more time to spend on it. It means if i have other good option to utilize my time then why not outsource. Why you are conflicting between outsource company and employees. At present scenario, more professional corporates available in the market, on which we can trust.. Even these companies are taking their decision with our opinions sometime (if required). And we can also provide our suggestion to them timely to become more effective in market. (2) In business, yeah we have to trust. Although all we know that we can't trust on anybody. But i don't think that without trust or belief we can do any business. And you are talking about violation of agreement which is illegal and unethical also. We had already seen the drama of SATYAM which has done same type of violation with world bank and result you know....... (3) Yes, If An offer will be accepted only then it will become agreement otherwise nothing. Offers will rejected by any one party. Means both parties should be agree on all terms and conditions before agreement..... (4) Yes they are. It will be a part of agreement's conditions. Because rights and legacy about any work will be mentioned in agreement. And at last mainly i am talking about web marketing concept. You are discussing about my own firm, yeah i have an online outsourcing firm. In which i am not providing any service to India. I have my own site through which we are providing our services to abroad. Now you tell me that Is it not better to outsource my marketing work through a web marketing company. They have better infrastructure for SEO & web marketing for my site. Although i can recruit employee for same. But still i will depend on them(employees) then why not trust on marketer company?? They are doing better to increase popularity of my site in abroad....

According to me outsourcing anything that helps a business concentrate on strategic issues is worth it. A big organization that has a robust marketing process in place will have a lot of work that is administrative in nature, which does not have a direct strategic bearing. Such work when outsourced to experts - administrative work for the organization is core business for the outsourcing firm - helps the organization achieve higher ROI from all its resources like funds, time, manpower, infrastructure etc. Now, outsourcing will only make sense when you know how to do it yourself, what marketing techniques works for you, you have robust processes in place, well defined responsibilities and metrics to measure performance. If you do not then it is recommended that you develop the marketing function in house and once you have the above ready, then outsource processes which do not add strategic value to you. Because, if you outsource without knowing how to do it yourself, you will never be able to measure the performance of the outsourcing firm Regards, Om Deshpande

In my opinion, in principle you can outsource everything, also revenues' collection. It's depend how able are you partly to maintain the control, to address changes and opportunities through third parties, But mainly how able are you to "joint venture" in your business & vision the network of your partners
