Full time ofcourse, if you want to make your career better then go for full time rather than part time. Part time wont fetch you anything. Its full time where you gain experience by being in corporate world.

For a married woman living in nuclear family, part time job is best as this gives you option to take care of your family and career.

Also, with part time jobs, males can give time to their kids and can be more productive as body gets time to relax.

The recent study shows that only 4% papa gives time to thier kids and specailly during studies. In part time jobs this % can increase a lot.
