well said Sunita, Completely agree with you, We need to balance the available time between profession and personal life, if extra job takes extra time then personal life gets beaten up, that would lead the entire professional career being screwed up

Its high time & one should be careful while deciding to handle two things together. Its ok to have a secondary source of income...but if one loves his present job then he/she should concentrate on that only.
