Almost in all companies B.tech people and non B.tech people work with same project same work,knowledge base they may be upper than BE people,but they are not promoted for next level or no increment of salaries for long years.why the companies are showing these kind of partiality to non BE employees.

i am also an employee with B.tech in computer science.I worked with so many non BE employees.They even directly told me the things.I feel like their argument is true.am saying true or not???
