Passion vs Money what's your choice?

HAVING IDENTIFIED YOUR PASSION YOU START WORKING TOWARDS IT IN FULL SWING AND WILL ACHIEVE SUCCESS TO A CONSIDERABLE EXTENT.RESULT OF HIS WILL BE INCREASED MONEY AVAILABLE WITH YOU.

When we try to express our feelings about Passion, we jumble the issue and end in money.

This may happen when "money" becomes the ultimate driving factor. And .. money is in mind, there may not be passion.

Passion may or may not bring money. Passion is passion - it is in our hearts - beyond  demonestrations.

I vote for passion ...

When we work for our passion, we can get money and everything else also as by product !

To me its passion for that is what is going to keep you motivated in the long run when there are slumps in your career. Lets take a scenario where your passion is say in the creative arts but you were thrust into taking up a sales career selling say aeroplanes. You may try sincerely but orders may not be coming your way and pretty soon you are going to get bored and depressed though the salary is good and you were promised a hefty incentive if you manage to sell an aircraft.

On the other hand people going after money will never have a satisfying career and will always jump jobs to make that extra money. Money can also lead to so many wrong doings in your career.

But unfortunately in today's world it has become money all the way as todays youth lack the patience quotient. They are not willing to pursue their passion and stay on come what may. They want to become millionaires overnight partly fuelled by the media onslaught and partly by parental and peer pressure.

Money at best is a necessary tool and people may have to pay more attention to, simply because even to pursue passion, money may be required.

Yet once money is not that much in focus passion remains much more fulfilling and rewarding.

I think passion is very important in life as it is the driving force behind all the things one does in life ( even if it is just working to earn money).. Even if ur working in a place or position that is not of ur liking or is not something that ur passionate about.. but u have the passion to learn new things.. u can make the job work in ur favour..

One more factor that is very important here is once attitude towards looking at life..

Even when people go after money due to certain circumstances they do so out of their love and affection for their family members. which means that they are passionate about giving best to their family. In short money is only a means & not the end. When ever you earn more money than your basic needs what ever you do with it is your passion. people who are passionate live life king size and those without it are mear passangers.  

Passion and Money are equally important for human on this Planet. One has to balance both in the life. Then only there shall be happy end of life.

Some of them forget their enthusiasm in the front of Money and earn lots of money, but most of them are discontented in their life. And Some of them forget their Money in front Passion they are earn name and fame.

So now, everyone has to decide what he/she want?   Discontented or name and fame in their life span.

SORRY DISHA  I  AM DIFFERING WITH YOU.TRULY SPEAKING THESE ARE NOT COMPARABLE.MONEY ALWAYS COMES AFTER FAME,AND THE FAME IS NOTHING BUT THE FRUITS OF PASSION.EVEN BEGGAR HAS A PASSION TOO AND WITH OUT IT HE CAN NOT EARN MONEY.CAN ANY BODY MEASURE PASSION ?AN ORDINARY CARPENTER MAY BE MORE PASSIONATE THAN SACHIN TANDULKAR? YOU JUST CAN NOT COMPARE ONCE'S PASSION AND MONEY TOO.

A GOVERNMENT OFFICER CAN EARN MONEY BY THE WAY BRIBE.HE CAN BECOME MILLIONAIRE IN DOING SO. BUT CAN HE RETAINED HIS MONEY WITH OUT PASSION? I DON'T THINK SO.IN SHORT WHERE EVER PASSION IS THERE MONEY HAS TO FOLLOWS.IF ANY BODY DON'T HAVE PASSION THEN HE CAN NOT RETAIN MONEY.EVERY WORK HAS A VALUE/A PASSION AND THE SAME RESULT IN MONEY.SO HOW CAN YOU COMPARE THEM?

I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND THE THEORY OF BLOTNIK.THIS SHOWS STILL TODAY WE ARE FOLLOWING SUCH A BOGUS EXPERIMENTS.          

Thing is a "passion" if pursued "passionately" may generate money though not always. Example of 'Passionate' people earning money - Bill gates, lata Mangeshkar. Example of 'Passionate people not earning money - "Passionate" people who never earned good money "Van Gogh", "Shambhu Mitra". However, we can make a conclusion that passion sometime help in earning money, sometime not. Now, my question is, how many examples are there for 'money' helping in earning some or other kind of 'passion'?

True that cultivating a 'passion' is difficult without some arrangement of money. And no one can actually survice in the 'civilized' world without some money in hand. But money cannot make anyone a singer or dancer or painter or academician or even an industrialist - they all need to start with some 'passion'. Money can be arranged later.

Whats life without a little passion,,,"Chase your passion & not the pension."

I strongly believe passion. if money is important, then we will look for jobs evry other month/year. passion in inner. money i sexternal. if you need happiness/ good sleep, then passion. it is important to have money, but to get happiness I think passion is important

pASSSIN IS THE OPTED PATH FOR ME.

Passion should be the first...pursue it heartedly and with single minded focus... money and fame  will follow..

I think passion drives everybody.

The person who is making money is also due to money as it's passion is to

make money.

Definitely Passion, but my passion is towards money. If this is the case of every buddy then this is like 24 karat GOLD.

I am always for Passion. If you have Passion Money will follow but it just might take a little time to achieve it. Hell! I have even taken a paycut because of my passion for designing and art.

It is strange to note that some people argue for passion saying that passion will lead to money ! This is like having your cake and eating it too !

The greatest artists ( painters , musicians , authors ,...) almost to a man followed their passion ; quite a few of them lived in penury and died penniless. The only satisfaction they had was that they left behind their legacy.

Passion is to be followed for its own sake , since that is what allows us to achieve greatness. If this were not so , most of the billionaires should have remained idle , since their billions would allow them to live luxuriously for the rest of their lives.

Invariably , for the rich , their riches are incidental ; Bill Gates continues to make money because he is still following his passion. He has publicly announced that when he and his wife die , they would like all their accumulated wealth to be donated to the world !

To excel in any domain, one should enjoy what they are doing.  Money is incidental to one's own passion.

Those who chase money in a domain in which they lack passion would end up playing second fiddle to those who have passion for that domain.

yeah for me passion win over money.

I have chosen to work in social and public health sector by rejecting the good package offer of corporate. it does happened only with the passion.

however, money is important to grow u mentally and peacefully may be because if u have passion to work somewhere and also have enough money in your hands to satisfy your basic and average needs then it is okey.

There are another set of people who has passion for money only.

I think this attitude develop depending on your grooming. if somebody has groomed in the environment which is demanding only money and has parameters of evaluation in the form of money then it shapes the person's choice.

the starting point is off course family and then it extends to every possible nurturing environment.

finally whether it is money or passion; passion needs everywhere...

I feel Passion make anything happen. It drives the human beings to achieve the success. if you follow your passion everything will follow. Every individual has their passion but most neglect it. Identifying their strength and then working towards it will yield the result.
