Kerala state government decided to fix a commission to regularize the pay of the state government employees of kerala. Some trade unions mainly NGOA, joint council, etc raised the slogan to allow central parity in the scales but it is yet to be decided. Government may appoint a retired judge to lead the commission. Any way it is appreciable by the side of me... What you think ?

As im employee of the state it is good thing for me. But pay revision by every 5 th year is a practice by govt and I think it should be followed.
