I think people are comfortable with mall marketing, there are many reasons for this: the first is; even today people are not very familiar with internet. Most of the people in India even don`t know what Internet is. The second reason is that you can take the product in your hand before actually buying it. It gives more satisfaction to everyone whether they are comfortable with technology or a layman.

People will be comfortable with Mall Marketing. Internet Marketing will reach only the people who will be having the net facility. There is no Gauranty it will go to their in Box. Maximum number of marketing mails will go to spam box. When Consumer buy the product/spend money to buy the product he should know about the details of particular product.

I belive in mall marketing. it is so because in mall many person come to buy the product and take the services who does not know the Internet handling so that people are more comfortable in mall marketing than Internet marketing.

Hello Moupriya S, Yes, i Agree with Mall Marketing. It is very easy to promote your product and the result will be faster. Of course here you should spend the required advertisement expenditure. K Rajagopalan.

Internet marketing is yet to penetrate and is not yet widely accessed by the milieu of the population. The picture of the product shown on the net may differ from the actual product and the purchaser has no remedy as of now. In a mall one actually sees the product, feels it and then makes a purchase and one has ready access to the mall in case of any grivance.

Mall Marketing is not a marketing activity, it is a sales activity. Internet marketing is a marketing activity which indirectly leads to sales and a huge turnover. Regards, Anna George. Web Analyst. Nichepro Technologies. Bangalore. http://www.nichesuite.com

I believe majority of people visiting malls for shopping purpose only, do check the internet first to catch the best deals available. So i believe internet marketting is better option in todays busy life. Thanks Miss Pandey for sharing.

I think the key point is to be unobtrusive - generate interest and 'pull' people to the product rather than impose the message on them. Some form of Internet marketing, unsolicited emails for one, can put people off, indeed. However, the more subtle mechanics, like Opt-in emails, downloadable white papers, search engine marketing target people who are interested and hence will have better response. Mall marketing may depend upon grabbing people who can't say no, is a very obtrusive form of sales, and is bound to have far limited outcome.
